Alisa Dougless is a boomerang Tulsan. She has a public servant's heart and currently works in the Mayor's office for the City of Tulsa managing both the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) and the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). She is also a recent Master of Public Administration graduate.
In her role with ERAP, she was lucky enough to learn about La Cosecha, meet Rita Gallardo and be part of an event that helped over 200+ people in one place with housing stability.
Exploring our country and appreciating the world are the things that fill her up - taking a toboggan down the Great Wall, visiting the Corn Palace in Mitchell, South Dakota and spending Fête de la Musique in France are some real highlights.
